We respect that these are your customers and we will happily deal with your agency as the primary unless otherwise arranged. You can specify payment arrangements on the form. We accept cash, certified check/money order, wire transfer, and credit card using Yahoo.PayDirect and PayPal. |

| Terms and Conditions for Agencies | Agency should work out with owner specific
arrival and departure times. Unless otherwise arranged, agency
is expected to confirm reservation with 25 % deposit. Remaining
payment due on arrival or beforehand. Cancellations/Changes can only
be made up to 45 days prior to the arrival day, otherwise the deposit is
forfeit. Rooms will be cleaned by a cleaning service before rental. None of the customer promotions, such as airport pick-up, apply to agency customers. You will need to communicate to owners any special arrangements that have been made (such as daily cleaning service, catering, etc.) so that we can ensure they fall under the guidelines of the community regulations. | Other Information | You can get
directions to our units here. We do not send or deliver keys to agencies. The owner will drop off and pick up the keys for the units to either the agent representative or the customer, unless other arrangements have been made before hand. We are currently renting weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly. For long term or exclusive types of booking you will have to discuss that with us directly using the contact information above We are a family operation that is expanding all the time.
