The steps for making a reservation with us:

1) Fill out and send this form with the rental unit and dates specified, or you can phone us
2) We will confirm availability, total price, and respond with a request for the deposit.  We will also update the requested dates to Pending status.
3) Your deposit can be sent bank-to-bank,  certified check/money order, or emailed to us using PayPal or    Yahoo.PayDirect (US only)
4) Your reservation will be confirmed and those dates will be blocked out in the calendar
5) We will send you a confirmation notice

Note: As it possible that we might receive multiple requests to reserve the same unit for the same period, we will handle all requests in the order in which they were received.
