Villa Santa Ana is a spacious three story townhouse perfect for large groups and families. There is a large master bedroom on the top floor with a private terrace that overlooks the pool, the surrounding area, and the sea. All three bedrooms have a full bathroom with tub (no more fighting over the bathroom!) and the main floor also has a service restroom. There is a fully equipped kitchen with appliances and stocked with dishes and silverware. Outside the kitchen is a dining area the seats seven. The living room has two sofas and opens to an outside patio next to the pool. The patio also has a table and seating for six. From Villa Santa Ana it is walking distance to the grocery store (100m), the city park (200m), restaurants (70m) and the beach/boardwalk area (350m). Thus, a car in not needed; but the villa does have a covered and gated car port in the front entrance. |

located in the middle of a tourist friendly neighborhood that sits between
